G'day! 
I'm Josh Huggett the owner of The Candid Co. and Joshua Huggett Media and I'd bloody love to help you guys out. 
We are always looking for more friendly faces to join our ever growing team and to keep up with our booking demands. 

All staff whether you've been in the industy for 15 years or 15 minutes will go through a full training experience with myself to ensure you're up to scratch with how we operate and what is expected. 

Gear Requirements:

Photography:

- 2x adequate camera bodies with dual SD card minimum 
(preffered CF Express)
- Prime portrait lens 1.4 minimum.
(ideally 50 1.2 - 1.4) 
- Multiple Batteries
- Secondary wide lens
(15-24mm range)

Videography

- 2x adequate camera bodies with dual SD card minimum
(preffered CF Express & 3 bodies)
- 2x audio recording devices
(ie. Zoom F3 & DJI Mic 2) 
- Multiple Batteries
- 70-200 or equivelenat
- Tripods

content creator

- Iphone 15 Pro Max minimum
- SSD for on site backup 
- fast internet for uploads/ quick delivery
- knowledge of current trends

second shooter/
video assistant

- 1 adequate camera with dual SD card minimum
- multiple batteries
- f2.8 lens minimum
(ideally 1.2-1.4)

rates & must haves

- Own, reliable car
- Decent enough internet to upload all footage within 24 hours
- Positive attitude
- No sticks in your ass 
- The ability to take constructive critisism about work 
- Willingness to shoot our way and use our shot lists

10 hour wedding day + 30 minute engagement shoot with couple
(maybe a call with couple in the week leading up to the wedding)

(I know this is all you care about)

All weddings should be 10 hours in length however, if they're over the 10 hour mark the pay is $100 per hour for mains and $50 for seconds. 

No editing or emails required. 
Simply turn up, shoot, upload & get paid.
